We can print any size order on demand and ship your books within 2 to 3 weeks after the initial design proof is approved; and coordinate distribution through Amazon.com, Ingram, Baker & Taylor and Barnes and Noble. We receive your orders, print any size order and ship your books on your behalf within 2 to 3 weeks after the initial design proof is approved.
